Q. How does your mobile café get to the venue?

A. Simple. When you book a Cupped Coffee mobile café, you book a turnkey, hassle free experience. We will drive the unit to your venue, set it up for you, staff it, and at the allotted time, strike and tow it away again.

Q. Where can a Cupped Coffee mobile café go?

A. Cupped Coffee mobile cafés are pretty versatile and can go anywhere a normal vehicle can access. While we fully understand that the wild at heart need their coffee fix as well, regretfully our mobile cafés are not 4x4s and therefore cannot be used in areas where a high clearance vehicle is required.

We do suggest that before finalising your booking with us, that you make certain the location you have in mind is accessible and that you have permission to have the mobile café on site – particularly if you are using a private venue.

Q. How much space do I need?

A. Our mobile café are well designed and extremely compact. We suggest a minimum of 3 square meters for the mobile café, keeping in mind that patrons will need space to queue for their beverages.

 Q. Can I adapt the menu? 

A. Of course – we will adapt to your spec and can provide extras (muffins,) etc on request and will cost for you. Please bear in mind that the more elaborate the selection and variety, the more expensive the menu.

Q. What about electricity?

A. We have put a lot of thought into the best configuration for our trailers.  Because of this, we are able to operate all of our equipment from a single 220 volt plug.  We will bring our own extension leads and water and waste collection drums are carried on board.  All you need to do is provide a plug point.
